“Easy pick up and drop off. Very pleased with car -very new. I am international traveler - my Initial email and website enquiries were not responded to (several days) and my Uk based son had to make Enquiry by phone during work hours to get a response. Hefty bond £750 actually charged at time of pickup but no delays with refund upon return. Unused day was refunded. Will use again.”

“Booked a van online at short notice, the van I booked was not available the next morning ,but they found me a bigger one, I have had free upgrades in the past not this time though it cost me a bit extra.”

“Had booked and fully paid for hire almost a year prior to use. Was a tad miffed on collection to be informed of additional driver charge and optional insurance equating to £150 on top of hire fee. Would have helped with a very tight scout camp budget, to have been advised when booking. Otherwise, a great service. Lovely new vehicle, spotless.”

“A quick and uncomplicated booking and a smooth collection of the vehicle, with an inspection on collection and return. Very cherry and polite staff, a very positive experience all round AND a lovely toyota corolla hybrid which was a dream to drive, didn't want to take ut back. Can thoroughly recommend the experience.”

“There were some optional added extras on the day like excess waivers and there was a wait of around 20 minutes to collect the truck due to a queue at 8.30am. However the van was in good working order and handing the vehicle and keys back at 10pm was straightforward. Would definitely use again.”

“I've hired from Dorchester a few times and not had a problem. However the last occasion I was dropping the car off Sunday afternoon even though I had it booked until Monday 8am and my own vehicle had been blocked in. So, I had to come back the next day to find even more vehicles blocking me in! When I mentioned it to one of the staff I was greated with a shrugg of the shoulders and said "Yeh it happens sometimes ". 24 hour drop off is great only if you don't get blocked in!”

Although we ask customers to park vehicles considerately on return to ensure other people can get their cars out of the car park, this doesn't always happen. I appreciate this is frustrating for all involved & apologise for this. Staff are always in before 8am on a Monday morning & we will get the vehicles moved for customers as quickly as possible.
