“I was really impressed with Dorset Vehicle Rental. My van was in great condition, every aspect from collection to return was painless and well organised and my deposit was returned quickly. A great service and I will be back again soon!”

“Ford Luton Transit was almost brand new and only had 853miles on the clock - a really nice vehicle. On motorway driving back to Portland from Warwickshire there was a message on the dash to add ‘Adblue’ which I had to ask in a garage about and put in 3.5 Litres which cost £17.50. Very surprised as new vehicle from Ford that the Adblue was not full on delivery to Dorset Vehicle Rentals. Other than that - great service as always from Andrew Wright at Dorset Vehicle Rentals. “Dorset Vehicle Rentals have been our 'go to' local depo for hiring a van. Mostly during the years our daughter was at university, for the yearly furniture move and student halls relocation. More lately, we've required a van to transport furniture for elderly parents during downsizing and moving into care homes. The staff have always been courteous and professional during the vehicle pick up appointments. This time I neglected to read the current requirements regarding provision of my National Insurance number. Quite rightly, the staff refused to proceed with the vehicle hire until I provided my number. Luckily, I had it on my mobile phone listed in a recent conversation with the council. On that occasion we were loaned a very smart looking Ford Transit in a metallic orange paint finish. A very nice vehicle to drive and a complete surprise. 5 stars ***** to the DVR team in Yeovil.”

“Very professional in having the vehicle ready for collection and the necessary forms to fill in so there was very little wasting of time. Everything was explained clearly so I was left in no doubts....a very pleasant experience”
