“A good service but feel a better outside shelter would improve everything as we queued to reach reception, as it was a foul weather day when I hired a van from Dorchester branch.”

“Vehicle ok but not impressed with how they run their refuelling policy. Collected vehicle below full, returned it around the same level and was then told I was 10ltrs short for which they would charge me a £30 admin charge plus fuel. I refused and took it back down to the garage where I only got 5ltrs in. If you run a full to full policy, make sure the vans are full from the off.”

“Great personal service, everything explained clearly. Pleasure to do business with and even more so in comparison to the service provided by the big global rental companies. Vehicle was exactly as requested. Have used DVR many times and always happy.”

“Good, quick service and cheap basic hire rate. I was a bit gobsmacked by the £1500 excess without buying the CDW- but I haven't rented for some time, maybe this is normal?- I felt this could have been at least flagged up alongside the basic rate. Overall, very happy. As I said, good service from all the staff I dealt with.”
