“The van was ready and waiting for me, and I received a polite reminder call about an hour before collection (in case I had forgotten). All the paper work was handled smoothly and the experience of booking on line right through to the refund of the deposit was smooth and painless.”

“Very efficient service and excellent hire vehicles are available. The online booking works well. The documentation is all handled with the minimum of fuss; the simple requirement to return the vehicle with a full fuel tank is easy to manage and the competive rates of hire are attractive. Highly recommended.”

“All went well.I was booking from Australia and the staff handled my enquiries perfectly,the price was fair,the vehicle was great,pick up and drop off went smoothly,deposit returned to my credit card in about 4 days.I would rent from this company again.”

“Very pleased with the service. I hired a 4x4 for a few hours to move my caravan into storage. The vehicle was brilliant for the job, it even came with an additional number plate. No problems what so ever. I most certainly recommend Dorset Vehicle Rentals and will use them again myself in the future.”

“I’ve always had nothing but excellent service from Andy & the guy’s at Dorset vehicle rentals, they always try to get the vehicle I requested sometime at sort notice, they also try hard to be fast & efficient in the paperwork and handing over of vehicles in a busy depot at Yeovil, I highly recommend them as they also do a very fair price on vehicle rental and offer an all round excellent service. I’ve used them for a number of years on & off when needed and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.”
