“I had to rent a car very last minute and the guys really helped me out. The process was very straight forward and quick and the price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.”

“I arrived at 0800 and the vehicle was all ready to go. Very friendly and efficient staff and the vehicle was perfect for what I required. It was immaculate and I had no trouble whatsoever.”

“Reasonably priced..however customer service poor, No place onsite to leave personal cars over night. Be sure to remember your NI number even if you have used there service recently ...there's no way around it and if you booked for 0800 ..received the van at 0930 ...you will be charged for an extra day if you returned for 0930 the next day.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You must bring in your National Insurance Number or the licence check code, so we are able to complete a licence check. This is done for every customer, for every hire. Our charge times go from 08:00 - 08:00. If you do not decide to collect the vehicle until a later time this is fine, but it still needs to be back at the agreed time. Dorset Vehicle Rentals

“Really friendly service, nice smart little car. My only critique would be you allow clients to select 11am as the pick up time but the office shuts at 11am. Bit weird. Why not just say 10.30am pick up?”
