“Van in good condition but when paying it would have been clearer if the amounts being taken were confirmed ie deposit and collision waiver pending plus another collision waiver. I did email no one replied. I phoned and was told it would be recredited but a little unclear but apart from that good.”

“John One and John Two. Great staff at the Bridport Office. Very helpful. Worked hard to secure a particular car/model (Fiat 500) so I could test drive. The other hirer extended the booking so no joy. The replacement was a great drive though. Great service. I’ll be back for the Hilux next time!”

“We really appreciate the use of your vehicle as we have done for a number of years to transfer our beach hut to Weymouth and back for the season. Your staff have always been very helpful. Our main concerns are that there is very little parking space for the vehicle we use to access your compound in Dorchester so I need to bring a bike with me. We find the cost is excessive for the short use 2/3 hours at the most in the evenings when we need the tailift.”

We do have a customer car park here which customers are able to leave cars or small vans in & if there isn't a space you can ask a staff member to see if we are able to free one up for you. Unfortunately, we do charge for a minimum of a one day hire so you do pay for the day. Thank you Dorset Vehicle Rentals
