“I was immensely grateful to Dorset Vehicle Hire for providing me with a van at very short notice after Enterprise let me down with 30minutes notice that the van I had booked was not available! The process was clear and straightforward and I was shown the controls of the van clearly as well. Returning it was straightforward too. I would happily recommend this company.”

“I have received a wrong Parking Ticket when I stayed in a Hotel in Bournemouth for 2 nights with FREE PARKING. The hotel cancelled the ticket, but I have been told that you deducted £36.00 admin. Charges from my credit card, which is unfair.”

Good afternoon, There is an admin fee for all customers when we receive a speeding/parking fine from your hire. As your ticket was cancelled by the hotel have you spoken to our fines department reference this? If not, please email us at fines@dvr.uk.net with all the information. “Simple, efficient and friendly service. Picked up car and got exactly what I asked for. Didn’t use all the days hired for and got the unused days refunded. Will certainly use again and have recommended already. Thank you”

“Great customer service. Only thing which would be helpful is a note /sign in the van saying where to find the diesel fuel cap (I haven’t driven one of these vans before)”
