“Found the whole process nice and straightforward.Booked my van online which was helpful and cheaper.Matt at the Gillingham office was a great help too,answering all the questions I asked,would definitely use again and recommend.Thankyou”

“Short notice booking, LWB van. No ratchet straps supplied, don't know whether this is an option. I'm not a tradesman but was making use of the LWB van for transport. Van had 4K on the clock and was brand new. No Air Con, and deafening wind noise with the windows down! not DVR's fault.. just Ford . Despite only having done 4K the van needed more adblue, and didn't want to start first try. Guys at the unit were helpful and was glad to have the service.”

“Great service and support. A last minute hire request was dealt with quickly and with no stress. I have used Dorset vehicle rental many times and have never had any issues. Definitely is my first stop when I need to hire a vehicle.”

“Excellent service from Dorset Vehicle rentals - efficient and just what was needed so I’d say good value too. Van was used to move daughter out of uni and it was so nice not to have to attempt to fit everything into our car! Made life a lot easier.”

“Easy process. Friendly staff. The rate advertised online was much cheaper than what I had to pay; it seemed a bit expensive. That said, the service was good and the van we rented was brand new. Can’t complain really. I think I had seen the daily rate if you rent more than one day (£50ish?) and then I paid £80ish for one day as a single day rental.”

“The customer service was excellent at the office in Dorchester. There was something wrong with being able to rent using the website but did everything really efficiently by phone. The van was ran great and refund for my deposit was returned quickly as promised. I will be using you again in December.”

“Very quick and polite service, they explained the controls and also checked and damage and also updated any damage that was not showing at the time so that i would not be liable for it, Would not hesitate to use again”
