“Vehicle was late for collection time, as a pickup had no hard top which is what was expected - and it rained, as a result not much use, and were unable to use it as intended for the hire period.”

“We were forced to hire a car while on holiday when ours broke. DVR were exceptionally friendly and helpful and helped us sort out the mess we were in fetching a car at short notice from another location for us to use. Desk staff were also helpful & understanding in person giving personal recommendations for places worth visiting, etc. We were very grateful.”

“Overall a very good service. Hired a Luton Van which was a brad new 23 plate and the process of picking up and returning the vehicle was smooth. It did take nearly half an hour upon turning up to the office to actually getting in the vehicle as only one staff member on reception but this was probably because it was as the site first opened and everyone was doing the same.”
