“Booking was very easy all done on line, with a good description of what vehicles are available. The vehicle collection was very simple, a few simple questions regarding your driving license, and a quick explanation of what to expect on return. Any questions were answered in a polite manner. When I returned the vehicle it was checked over quickly so there wasn't any need to wait longer than required. A very pleasant experience over all, and I would definitely use them again. If I was to say anything negative it would be the fact of not being able to leave your vehicle there when you have your hire vehicle. However, they were happy to show me where the nearest car parks were so I could leave the car there. But you will see that space is a premium and if the lost some for customers cars then they may not have the fleet they do.”

“Vehicle in poor condition all round. Tatty, not sign written with company name, probably didn’t want to admit it was theirs. Braking efficiency could have been better and I had to mention this when I returned it. Only had it for about 6 hours and that was long enough. Will certainly think twice about using DVR in the future.”

Sorry to read this Andrew, this vehicle is due for the body shop. Hence no stickers. As we were so busy we had to use this vehicle as we didn’t want to let anybody down.
