“Found the staff at the centre were disinterested and unhelpful. The van itself was excellent; clean, refuelled and ready to go as soon as I arrived. The issue I had with the staff relates to checking the condition of the van, it seemed as though he really didn’t want me to look too closely and kept saying ‘that’s just a small mark’ if I pointed any defects out. What’s the point of asking me to confirm the condition if you don’t want to accept any comments I make!”

“Would completely recommend!! We had great service and care from the moment be call with our enquiries. Late collection on a Friday went smoothly with brilliant banter and laughters. With easy out of hours return. Oh! An 1/4 of the price then other rentals on Yeovil!”

“Good service hired van at last minute at Yeovil Branch but only had one in Gillingham which was more convenient for me. Deposit money straight back in 24 hours after handing the vehicle back to them. Thanks guys 👍🏻”

“I had to wait over an hour to collect my hire vehicle as there was just one member of staff of working and there was a long cue of people. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for future rentals.”
