The staff were excellent the van however was an old one and needed replacing. Apart from that my family and I had a great holiday.

Staff were excellent and friendly however the insistence on having a landline number as a contact is ridiculous as having a landline is a thing of the past in our modern age. I have just moved in to a new property and do not have a landline and no intention of getting one

The staff were excellent, especially Millie when I had a potential issue booking the van. My only issue was I hadn’t driven a modern diesel before and had no idea what adblue was. Kept getting warnings on the dash and when it said it wouldn’t start if I didn’t put any in I ended up spending an extra £15.

Very good service. Vehicle was clean (save for choc bar in glove compartment) and drove well. Pleased the £200 deposit was returned swiftly. Good range of vehicles and competitive prices.

Was able to provide me with a small van at relatively short notice. Able to confirm my email booking on the phone in good time. Ready as expected and no issues overall except not having any fuel in it when I started. Having added what I thought was a reasonable amount of fuel I subsequently realised I'd put in far too much so someone else gained!

Van was clean in cab and did the job, only down side I couldn’t connect via Bluetooth or through usb cable !?

No issues re the vehicle hiring process, but having to go straight to the petrol station to fuel up after collection was frustrating.

Found the staff at the centre were disinterested and unhelpful. The van itself was excellent; clean, refuelled and ready to go as soon as I arrived. The issue I had with the staff relates to checking the condition of the van, it seemed as though he really didn’t want me to look too closely and kept saying ‘that’s just a small mark’ if I pointed any defects out. What’s the point of asking me to confirm the condition if you don’t want to accept any comments I make!

I rented a Luton van from DVR, the whole booking process was very quick and easy, as was collecting and returning the vehicle. They also have a very wide selection of cars vans and trucks, so you dont have to worry about finding something suitable for your needs. Over all i am very impressed with DVR and would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

Nice cars for hire, really helpful and friendly staff. Good having the out of hours drop off facility. My only bit of constructive criticism is trying to book a vehicle on line is not easy. Most times I have tried I get through to payment stage but my payment can’t be processed but it doesn’t say why. When I phoned up to book they said it maybe because the vehicle is not available. Plus then when it does say payment gone through I then get an email 24hrs later saying that the vehicle I tried to book is not available but no suggestions of alternatives. I then have to go through the process again choosing a different vehicle only to get another email saying that other vehicle I chose is also not available! Can I suggest the website only shows vehicles that are available on the dates that someone is enquiring then will avoid this issue. Or to have a member of staff call the customer to advise them the vehicle is not available and discuss through available alternatives. Thankyou.

The service was good and the staff were great. However, I was disappointed at the high excess that I was unable to reduce. I have previously rented from your company, have a uk licence but because I live currently overseas and didn’t have my National Insurance to hand was constantly concerned about having to pay such a high amount should there be any damage. This is likely to prevent me from renting from this company again.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Without a national insurance number, we are unable to check your UK licence & do the hire. For you to hire the vehicle we had to do it on your non-UK licence which requires a higher deposit and excess. Straight forward as usual with the guys, a bit of a wait to pick vehicle and low fuel in tank even though I arrived before 8.00am. Got away at 08.25 am plus time to pick up fuel.
