“Ordering was easy, van was clean & in good condition. The only thing I would say was a negative was the pick up on Saturday morning, although the staff was excellent , it was very busy and took 30 minutes queuing to get the vehicle. Perhaps more could be done on line prior to picking the vehicle up, so each customer didn’t take so long filling in the paperwork.”

“No hassle service, and good new vehicle Couldn’t give 5 stars as cab interior wasn’t very clean, not ideal as with Covid it should have been really, so lost a mark”

“Moving house was stressful enough so we appreciated the efficient paperwork and easy Luton van hire with tailgate lift. The man who met us at the Gillingham depot was courteous, polite and friendly and gave full instruction on how everything worked on the Van. He made a thorough list of all previous marks on the van and showed as on the walkaround, so we didn't have to worry about being wrongly charged for these. We appreciated the flexibility afforded by the key safe-box which enabled us to deliver the van back a little earlier than booked.”
