“Easy booking on line and good availability. Slight confusion over documents & in person sign up for second driver, but easily resolved. Vehicle in good condition and clean.”

“Needed a car at short notice. Dorset Vehicle Rentals did not have one spare at Gillingham. They did however arrange for one to be sent from another site. The gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely hire from them again.”

“I hired a long wheel-based transit from Dorset Vehicle Rental. After leaving the depot due to the rain a chip in the windscreen hadn't visible. I returned to the Gillingham depot where my paperwork was amended, this was later update electronically. I later had an isse returning the keys but this was resloved int he morning. The van was a pleasure to drive. It was clean and tidy and ran really well. The staff were really helpful nothing was too much trouble. I would hire from Dorset Vehicle rentals again.”

“Friendly service and good van. Only comment is that I didn’t want to book night before as availability can’t be confirmed until the following morning so called in morning but by that time you can’t get online rate so not best price for last minute booking”
