“The service in Gillingham was good, and the car of a good quality. Externally, the car was clean but the inside surfaces were grubby and greasy, especially the windscreen. In fact, I had to go home and clean it before setting out on my journey. At arrival at my destination, I wanted to have a shower. This may be acceptable for someone hiring a van for the day, but not a car for a week. Its unlikely that I would hire a car from you again for this reason.”

“Hired a medium van for the weekend. Staff were courteous and efficient providing practical information about the vehicle when I collected it. Van was pretty much brand new and very easy to drive. Will definitely use Dorset Vehicle Rental again.”

“Simple, well priced and easy booking, collection and drop off service. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Clear instructions on what documents you need to bring to collect the vehicle then it makes the collection process quick and painless. I just parked the Van and dropped the keys when I was done. Easy!”

“First time I hired I was incorrectly charged £200 for CDW. This only became apparent when I received the credit card bill. This time I had booked an estate for the long load bay but the only vehicle available on arrival was a hatchback. No one had bothered to contact me in advance leaving no option but to take the unsuitable vehicle”
