“Andy and all the team at your Yeovil office, and the booking team on the phone, are always very helpful and very friendly. All the vehicles are always clean,reliable and in good condition and there is always the type of van i need for that particular job: they are just missing a built-in cocktail bar and coffee machine - but one day ...! As a result I don't rent vans or cars anywhere else and recommend you guys to anyone I can. Thank you again for your great service. Nick”

“U guys were lying about the fuel levels from when I rent the car and when I got it back. Let’s say there’s a little bit of variance u charged me 24£ how can you justify that? And the guy on the counter didn’t care.”

“Good service, was able to book in advance. Only downside was that I had to give a landline number on the collection of vehicle which I do not have, had to use a family member number. Seems a bit out dated as plenty of people these days only rely on mobile phones and do not have a landline.”

“One person hadn’t returned their van the night before. So my van was the replacement for someone going to Europe. I was running late when a different vehicle was provided. It was excellent and a bit of a bonus. But no time to gen up on the vehicle before driving it away. Not sure I see the sense in the new fuel protocol, where I had a low tank 3 8ths full. And had to guess just how much the top up would be in litres, or cash? I prefer the old protocol, of a full tank, to be topped up on getting home!”

“Hired a van for the Saturday, really friendly service from all the staff, van was perfect for the job in excellent condition, insurance deposit paid back within three days, I would hire again can’t fault them.”

“Having needed to rent a vehicle at very short notice, my son recommended you. I picked up my car from Yeovil, where Andy was really pleasant and helpful. I was able to return the car to the Dorchester office without incurring an extra charge. The staff there were also great. Will definitely recommend and use again myself if the need arises.”
