“Staff at pick up and drop off were excellent and made the whole rental experience very smooth! Cars quality and age was also exactly what was advertised and was very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be renting again.”

“Was not told of the £200 deposit when booking and was horrified when it showed on my account, it could have been embarrassing with the bank...”

If you booked your vehicle online it does state about the deposit. If you have booked over the phone you should have been informed but sincere apologies if a mistake was made & you weren't. There is a £200 refundable deposit with every hire, this is the same for all customers. It takes 3-5 working days to show back up in the account once refunded from us, so you should have received this back now in full providing the vehicle was returned on time, with the same amount of fuel & no new damage. “Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We originally booked a Luton van and a large transit. When we realised we needed a Luton van instead of the transit, they accommodated us and provided us with another Luton van. The lady on the front desk was incredibly helpful, polite and professional throughout. The men showing us round the vehicle were also a great help as well. I would highly recommend Dorset Vehicle Rentals. Great prices for the vans as well. Thank you again for you help with our move.”

“I spent quite some time on the web site booking and paying for the car so that I could make the most of my day. However I then spent over an hour in the office. Finishing the process. The guy at the desk whilst he knew his job well lacked any people skills and was blunt and rule to all 3 of the customers that I saw. My car was not there. So I was sent off in the hybrid with a flat battery. And no charge point for my phone. I would not have chosen that car and did not enjoy it.”

We apologise for the wait, we try to ensure our staff serve customers as quickly & efficiently as possible but sometimes there is a queue. The managers will be informed regarding the staff that served you & they will proceed with how they deem necessary. Unfortunately when customers do not return vehicles, there can be a domino effect onto other customers. Due to this, we upgraded your vehicle so you were not left without transport. Apologies this vehicle came up with a note reference a flat battery- These hybrid vehicles can run on just fuel if the battery goes down so they are perfectly safe to use. We have multiple different makes & models on our fleet, unfortunately we cannot guarantee what features each car has. Thank you for your feedback & your patience on collecting your vehicle.
