“The hire went well. Van very good and I liked the ability to drop it off outside hours in Yeovil. Only downside was that I had top up the Adblue which was an extra expense I could have done without.”

“I had to hire a car at short notice for the weekend as my car had broken down. Despite a shortage of vehicles DVR found me a car and the process was efficient and courteous. I have hired several vans in the past from different branches and always received the same high level of service.”

“Arriving in the Yeovil depot of Dorset Vehicle Rentals at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon we asked if there was any chance of a transit for the following morning after being let down by 'friends'. After a brief check by the gent at the desk, the answer was 'sorry, no'.......but there was one 25 miles away in Bridport. We asked if we could pick it up on the Thursday (in 45 minutes time), and the answer was a YES! All details and paperwork was done straight away. In Bridport, the van was waiting for us, all gassed-up and ready to roll after a full introduction by the helpful gent in the rain. Within two hours of walking into the Yeovil office we were home with the perfect van for the job. A full-day's flat-change, fill up with fuel and a quick wash-down of the van (OCD won't let me take it back dirty) we dropped off the van and keys in Yeovil (very handy not having to take the van back to Bridport) and were very grateful for all concerned for their help and assistance in Yeovil and Bridport”

“All fine, no issues. Would like to be able to book extra drivers online at the time of booking. Car was great, clean and tidy. No problems.”

“Dorchester depot were very helpful, made rental process very straight forward. I need an extra day of hire, and simply phoned up and extra day was added on, no problems. Great car and very thankful it had GPS already in it!!”

“Van was not ready for collection. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to get it from the yard. Vans are supposed to be full of fuel but had less than a quarter of a tank. Was a complete fiasco!”
