“I should have paid 130 pounds for the car rental. 150 was taken from my card. I don't know why. I feel cheated.”

“Car booked for 8am. Had to wait until 8:05 for doors to open. Receptionist was brilliant, very efficient. Unfortunately the car was blocked in by four vans. The guy in the yard was pleasant and helpful but I had to wait ten minutes for the car to be released. Wasn’t until I got to my home to collect the family that I realised the backseat footwells had not been hoovered and there was a food stain on rear of drivers seat. I these times of covid I would have expected a higher cleanliness of the interior. Never had any problems before, and I will hire again, but felt that this time the standards had slipped slightly.”

“Able to conjure up a vehicle at short notice. Called to suggest alternative times when booking could not be met exactly. Provided clear list of documents to bring and took time to explain the tail lift properly. Only possible downside was cleanliness of cab, these vehicles work hard, don’t expect a pristine interior!”
