“Dorset Tea relies on Evri for delivery, however, they are unable to ship to our business address. Despite waiting a week, we have yet to receive our order of Dorset Tea, yet they kindly requested a review for an order we haven't received. Additionally, Dorset Tea has not responded to the email I sent five days ago regarding the order. Evri has a poor reputation, so companies should mention on their website that they use Evri, allowing customers to decide not to order from them.”
