“The quality of the actual doors is superb and they really give the house kerbside appeal.More importantly the wife thinks they are great, not having to get out of the car to manually open/shut the double garage doors any more.”

“We received a phone call on the day of installation to say that the fitters were on their way. The fitters were very professional and explained everything to us. When the garage door was fitted we had a complete run through with them of how to operate the door and how to over come any problems that may occur. They did emphasise that if we had any problems with the door to contact SWR so they could resolve it. When the installation was completed all packaging and our old garage door was removed and taken away.”

“After sales service: Our garage door was installed approximately 10 years ago and had the roller shutter replaced approximately 2 years ago so the system was out of warranty. We recently experienced a problem with the shutter not closing fully so I contacted SWR and was fortunate to speak to Kyle who was extremely helpful and obtained the details regarding the reset procedure of the system to see if that would cure the problem before booking a visit by an Engineer. This cured the fault. Kyle demonstrated first class customer service and rang back when he said he would. 10/10 to Kyle.”

“From first visit to showroom to final installation this was an extremely painless and professional experience. Darren talked through the options,and helped with the selection process. Every individual we dealt with by phone or in person was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Big test was when, due to miscommunication, some changes were needed after installation - no hesitation on SWR side to resolve. The doors are, as expected , high quality and superbly fitted ( by a team that are great ambassadors for the Company) No hesitation in recommending at all levels. Many thanks Ray and Stephanie Cranston”

“Your team of fitters (5 on the first day and 2 on the second day) worked very well together. They were well organised, tidy, polite and skilled. They kept me informed of progress and checked with me if there was any doubt. They could not have been better.”

“Having been postponed from the previous day because of illness, Dave Rowan and his colleague arrived promptly the following day. Despite very bad weather (heavy rain), the fitters worked diligently and without a break to install the new garage door. They were very professional and cleared up after completion. Gave me a good briefing concerning the door`s operation before departing. We are very pleased with the end product!.”

“The gentleman that came was very efficient and friendly. He finished the garage trim and also helped with a problem we had with the front door that had been fitted last year.”
