“Very pleased with Doorfit service, as I was unsure whether the cubicle lock I had identified was the correct replacement for an Armitage Venesta lock. Chatted on phone to Customer Services and sent Photo and had quick confirmation back of the correct part, which was ordered and promptly received.”

Thanks for your understanding Gordon. Occasionally the Couriers seem to mishandle long items. We do try out best to package in such a way which will avoid such instances but we take this on board. Kind regards Robert

“I phoned with a query regarding the size of a replacement multipoint door lock and the guy I spoke to very kindly checked the size and called me back to confirm it was the correct one that I needed. It was then delivered in just two days. A very helpful & 1st rate service. Wish all online dealings were this good. Many thanks!!”
