“POOR - BUT I HAVE NOT REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. TO BE FAIR WHEN I E-MAILED ABOUT PROBLEM DOORFIT THANKED ME FOR ALERTING THEM. I PAID RATHER A LOT FOR A DOORBELL PUSH - CHEAPER ON SOME OTHER SITES. CLEARLY STATED ILLUMINATED BUT ON ARRIVAL IT WAS NOT (SO i MAY AS WELL HAVE SAVED AND GOT A NON-LIT VERSION). THE BUBBLE PACK HAD A LABEL SAYING ILLUMINATED, SO MAY BE SUPPLIER AT FAULT. WHEN I INSTALLED THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS AND THE CONTACTS WERE SO POORLY DESIGNED IT WAS NOT REALLY POSSIBLE TO INSERT A WIRE AND TIGHTEN - SO A SOLDERING JOB - 5 MINS BECAME AN HOUR !!”

Unfortunately the manufacturer of the door bell altered the product without notifying us. We have now changed the item description on our website and apologise for the error.
