“When the product I ordered was out of stock, the sales office manager sent me an email to apologise and then sent the product by courier when it was in stock again even though I don't think I paid for courier service. That's great service. Many thanks.”

“Door fit Doorchain for PVC doors. Neat, practical, and with the fixed part screwed into the metal frame under the PVC, should be secure. Inspires confidence, let's hope it's never tested!”
