“I had purchased these latches from another supplier but after several attempts to chase the order I never received the goods so was apprehensive about ordering again on the net, but I was pleased to say that Doorfit supplied the exact latches at a good price and the delivery cost was reasonable. Thank you”

“The door lock I ordered was discontinued. How come it was on your website if it was discontinued? I was sent another one, but it was too big. However, I did get a full refund.”

“Arrived ok, not fitted yet, they are replacing existing ones, my main criticism is that there are no Instructions whatsoever or a description of how they work, I suspect that they are for professional Door fitters and not for us diy amateurs Regards Keith Byfield”

“Ordered three ERA door hinges. They were delivered in good time. Found one hinge had a missing part. Called Doorfit. Spoke to a very helpful person who despatched a new complete hinge, which arrived within two days all free of charge. Would highly recommend Doorfit.”

“Order placed on Sunday, so no expectation of a delivery on Monday, but received on Tuesday. Doorfit used a professional courier DHL and their system e mailed at each step from collection, to delivery. Great service from both suppliers. Thank you.”

“No complaint about Doorfit as a company - the item was despatched promptly. However, the finish of the machining was poor. Most of the slots in the air grille had burrs, meaning that the sliding action of opening the vent was difficult and stiff.”
