“Dome were the repairer appointed by my insurance company. They made arrangements with me by phone and on the day of the repair, my engineer Kris called me again to confirm the time of his visit. He was extremely polite and helpful and I would highly recommend using Domex to anyone else. Who knows, you may be as lucky as I was and have Kris undertake your repair! Many thanks Kris, and Domex.”

“I called my washing machine manufacturer who sent a DOMEX engineer that same day. My engineer, Daruis was so friendly and professional and sorted out the problem in no time. I was surprised at the excellent customer service as you don't see much of that nowadays. 5 out of 5!”

“I CALLED DOMEX AND WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT MORNING. THE ENGINEER, GALIN GANEV, ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE FIXED MY WASHING MACHINE WITHIN HALF AN HOUR AND GAVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO ENSURE THAT THE PUMP DOESN'T GET BLOCKED AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. BRILLIANT SERVICE.”

“Engineer called 30 mins before he arrived so made planning easier. When Kris arrived he was very polite and welcoming with a smile, made you feel at ease. Looked at my oven and isolated the problem straight away and fixed the problem in no time very efficient. He also took time to explain best way to use my oven and tips on how to get most out of it. Kris is a credit to your company! Will not hesitate to use you again and will recommend to family and friends. 10/10 service which is very hard to find these days. Thank you kris.”

“21.7.2016 Chris Failure to arrive for appointment letting me only 3/4 hour before. It was to repair a fridge freezer so it really needed fixing due to the hot weather, I was told I had to wait for a further appointment. I don't under stand the charges! They say there is no call out and then charge £40 to arrive a nod then £40 for a diagnositic decision, so what is the first £40 if it is not a call out?”

“This is my second experience with Domex, fixing a Smeg range electric oven and gas ring. The engineer spent a long time fixing the fault and completing further work. The bill was incredibly low as Domex only charged me for one part to be fitted as the other was covered by their 12 month warranty, which had two weeks remaining before it expired.”
