“Seems I was a little hasty in posting my original review, so this one replaces it... Whilst we had an initial misunderstanding with the first booking, and looked like we were going to experience a delay in getting the spare part we needed, when this was raised with customer services it was handled excellently, and the washing machine was fixed the next day. Things can always go wrong, but what really matters is how any issues are resolved if they do arise. Really can't fault Domex on this one, and I would definitely use them again.”

“Dome were the repairer appointed by my insurance company. They made arrangements with me by phone and on the day of the repair, my engineer Kris called me again to confirm the time of his visit. He was extremely polite and helpful and I would highly recommend using Domex to anyone else. Who knows, you may be as lucky as I was and have Kris undertake your repair! Many thanks Kris, and Domex.”

“I called my washing machine manufacturer who sent a DOMEX engineer that same day. My engineer, Daruis was so friendly and professional and sorted out the problem in no time. I was surprised at the excellent customer service as you don't see much of that nowadays. 5 out of 5!”

“I CALLED DOMEX AND WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT MORNING. THE ENGINEER, GALIN GANEV, ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE FIXED MY WASHING MACHINE WITHIN HALF AN HOUR AND GAVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO ENSURE THAT THE PUMP DOESN'T GET BLOCKED AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. BRILLIANT SERVICE.”

“Extremely fast, efficient service, no quibble repair to my oven. As previous reviews have mentioned Kris was polite, professional and a credit to Domex. I will happily suggest friends use Domex for repairs. The manner in which the company handled my appliance problem was exemplary. Thank you!”

“Engineer called 30 mins before he arrived so made planning easier. When Kris arrived he was very polite and welcoming with a smile, made you feel at ease. Looked at my oven and isolated the problem straight away and fixed the problem in no time very efficient. He also took time to explain best way to use my oven and tips on how to get most out of it. Kris is a credit to your company! Will not hesitate to use you again and will recommend to family and friends. 10/10 service which is very hard to find these days. Thank you kris.”
