Beko washing machine purchased from John Lewis was jumping all over the place and making loud banging noises. Repair was authorised using Domex who quickly arranged to send a service engineer and were happy to rearrange the date when I requested this. Their engineer called to confirm appointment before arriving promptly on time. He was polite and efficient and tidy, quickly identifying the problem and leavinVg the maching working properly. He also gave good 'operating' advice. Pleased with the service from Domex and would probably use them again for any out of warranty repairs.

There are 2 parts to this review, which I will go through to give you the full picture: 1. The Initial Engineer Visit Unfortunately, this did not go as planned, our oven should have been repaired then but it wasn't. The attitude of the engineer was a bit unprofessional and I wasn't impressed by him. We did manage to get the oven fixed through Smeg directly, which was a good result for us. 2. After Sales Support Following this incident, I called up to Domex to inform them about this incident. I was told a senior manager would call me back. Today, I spoke with the Managing Director of Domex and explained the situation. He informed me that: 1. I would receive a refund for my diagnostics report 2. The engineer who came to service us will be spoken to about this by his supervisor to ensure that this doesn't happen again. As a small business owner myself, I know that sometimes things don't go as planned, especially when we service a large number of customers. What is more important is what happens when things don't go as planned and whether they are put right or not. Our initial engineer visit didn't go as planned, but through the follow-up and discussions with Domex, this has been put right. Thank-you Domex for treating your clients like human beings, for doing the right thing in a professional manner and for caring about your clients enough to do so.

Mr Ali, I'll just echo your words to say, Domex is nothing but a team of great people (humans) and as such we don't always get things right (human nature). I was extremely satisfied with first visit, when very polite and cheerful engineer told me what was wrong with my LG fridge freezer and that he had ordered a part and would need to return to replace damaged part. I was even more satisfied when I got a call two days later, on Friday, to arrange appointment time on following Monday for the return visit. Same engineer called to let me know he would be with me in 30 minutes, and again introduced himself by showing his ID card. He was very polite and cheerful, very helpfully emptied my freezer and did the exchange of good part for bad part. Excellent ambassador for his Company.

Rubin was very courteous and polite down to offering to take his shoes off. He showed his badge on arrival and had called before. He explained what he was going to do and with our fridge we had a temperature issue. He showed how cold the food was. Taking the time to show various areas. He was very thorough. I would use Domex services again from seeing how Rubin works

It took 3 technician visits and a wait of over a month before the fault was correctly identified and fixed. Correct diagnostics and a better work scheduling process could have reduced this 10 days.

Dear Mr Baker, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We appreciate feedback both good and bad in order to improve our service where possible. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not a good one. We would however, like to explain some of the points you made. It is true that the faults are not always apparent on the first visit and that these only become apparent once the repair is under way. It is also the case that sometimes these things might get missed. Regrettable as it is , we are human. We did our best to order parts and get authorisation from you warranty provider. We provided the second quote on Friday 02/12 and received authorisation on Monday 05/12/2016 . Parts were ordered and we called to pre-book the visit on the 08/12/2016. This is an extremely busy time of year for our business which means that it takes that bit longer for us to get available slots. Having looked into this for you, we can see that we have followed the repair through by ordering the parts swiftly and getting it booked. The turn-around has been less than a month , but we understand that this is longer than our average of 6.7 day. Please accept our apology. Staff very professional and helpful, engineer was on time, did clean up before leaving, explained everything, was courteous. And on top of it the charges seemed fair.

First class service. Arrived on time and phoned before hand to let me know he was arriving. He was very professional, even covered his shoes with protectors. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and was able to fully repair the oven on the same day. I can highly recommend this company and should I have any problems in the future with my oven, I would not hesitate to us Domex again. Excellent!!!

Appointment easy to make and was in four days which I thought was good. I was given a four hour window which was useful. I had a text telling me when the engineer was 20 minutes away. The engineer Ross was very friendly and efficien. He had the part to hand and repaired my oven in around 20 minutes. a great service with excellent staff. Whats not to like. Thanks Domex

Called in the manufacturer Grundig on a monday morning and booked in an engineer for the wednesday (which itself I thought was quick enough) but they called back that they could do it the same day. The engineer came in within 2 hours and sorted out the problem in less than half an hour. Extremely impressed with the customer service. thank you very much

Very efficient and helpful service, from getting a quote and booking an appointment, through the engineer's visit to repair the cooker, to the telephone message afterwards regarding the obsolete part for my 20 yeas old cooker that they had tried to source for me. This was my second experience of Domex and I am again very happy with the outcome. I was astonished that the very reasonable charge was the same as three years ago, for essentially the same job. The engineer was very pleasant and efficient.

Reference job number 16490288. Fantastic service. Engineer came within the designated time slot. He called before hand. It took less than a couple of of minutes to diagnose fault even had spare part on van. Oven repaired within half hour and gone. A really nice and courteous engineer to. The only repair company I know that is 100% efficient.

Fair pricing, friendly staff and efficient install. I have now bought an integrated fridge and freezer, as well as an oven, from Domex and install was quick and smooth each time. I would recommend this company to anyone.
