“Received fantastic service with same day response to my Beko dishwasher breakdown. Engineer was extremely courteous, respectful (even wearing plastic slip-on overshoes to ensure he didn't soil my flooring) and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it during the visit. Great service and highly recommended. JG Harrow”

“A engineer arrived through booking with British gas. He was very polite worked very efficient and cleaned up after completing work, he explained problem I has with washing machine and recommend I changed what I was using, and explained the reason why. I would have no problem with using this company again or advising others to use them.”

“We have been using Domex for a few years now, for various appliance repairs. We have always found them reliable and efficient. Their pricing is reasonable, and very clear (no hidden costs) and the engineer always clarifies the cost options before doing the work. Engineers always seem knowledgeable, and are friendly, efficient and helpful.”

“Domex came out to fix out American Fridge freezer. The engineer decided to try welding the broken freezer door firstly. This needless to say didn't work he admitted then he should have ordered new parts. When he came back for the second time to fix the door the parts were wrong but this only became apparent after he had removed both doors. He then put the doors back on the fridge freezer with the freezer door a 1/2 inch higher than the Fridge which needless to say looks hideous and leaks cold air from fridge and freezer. To add insult to injury the engineer has left a 10 inch plus scratch down the door of the freezer. this happened last Thursday and we are still waiting for the Manager Graham to review case. The company is the worse I have dealt with I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“Incredibly quick and efficient, fridge/freezer fixed within 18 hours of booking (with no additional fee). Fautly part provided at cost (I checked the cost online afterwards). Will use again if I ever need to.”
