Everything about our experience with Domex was very professional and focussed on the customer. Following contact with Beko regarding the concerns we had with our new Fridge/Freezer they arranged for a Domex repair/service technician to attend our house. Initially the date offered was whilst we were due to be on holiday. However, helpfully they subsequently changed that to the weekend before we were due to go. Domex kept us appraised of their time of arrival by text and their engineer Victor arrived when they said he would. Victor was extremely personable and efficient. He checked the temperature of the various areas of our fridge/freezer and found that the doors which had been taken off by the delivery drivers from Currys had not been fitted back correctly. This was causing the fridge light to stay on and the internal circulation fan to fail to engage. Our food was getting too cold in the fridge area. Victor was very thorough in checking all aspects of the fridge's operation and explaining exactly what he was doing and the impact of his actions. One couldn't wish for better advice and service. I recommend Domex with absolute confidence.

Mark fixed my Hoover washing machine 9/6/23. he was professional, efficient and friendly. He was very knowledgeable, and gave handy hints on how to maintain my machine's health.

We have had domex come out a few times the engineer is Svet and he is one of the best engineers we have ever had round. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Svet was the engineer assigned to handle the diagnosis and repair of our washing machine. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His work was impeccable. We recommend Domex unreservedly.

My warranty call on our dishwasher was handled very quickly. Alex, the service engineer, was a role model for good customer service. He arrived promptly, was well prepared and had excellent communication and diagnostic skills. He advised us of the fault he had identified and the solution.

Will use in the future . Helpful engineer called Jan. Offered to put heavy things back into the fridge as I am old age pensioner and dont move so well. Cleaned up after himself .Worked hard .Explained the parts to me. Was very pleased with the price . Fridge freezer all working and its 18 years old .Told me what to look out for that made it go wrong in the first place. The young guy that took my booking was patient and helpful . Very impressed with Domex .

Easy online system to book a repair visit. Cost are made clear, and also very reasonable. Engineers are polite and tidy (covers on shoes, tools in boxes, etc). Problem was fixed first time! Have used Domex a couple of times now, and will just use them if needed for any future problems. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience and very dissatisfied with Domex. I have been waiting for my washing machine to be fixed 3 weeks now. The driver sat on his van for 30 min to one hour claiming there isn’t any parking space rather than look for one. It’s a Saturday afternoon and couldn’t be bother …. He said it isn’t his problem about the parking space and left with out fixing my washing machine. Thanks very much for wasting my time, making my life harder and now I have to wait another 2 weeks for Domex to give me an appointment So disappointed

Dear Lorena, We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our services. I have looked into your repair history and can see we had an appointment for Saturday. Our engineer spoke to our team as he could not find a parking space. He advised that all of the pay and displays were taken at the time. Our engineer will always look for available pay and display bays and we would pay for them. In cases where pay and display are not available then a permit does need to be provided. Our team also asked if you had a permit and was advised it was not your responsibility to provide one. In these cases if there is no parking and we don't have a permit then we are not able to undertake a repair. Our engineer spent 30 minutes trying to find a space but to no avail and had to move on. We can book you a new service call but if there is no permit provided then we maybe in the same predicament that the engineer is unable to do a repair. We hope that a parking permit can be arranged so we can ensure that a repair can go ahead. We will be in touch with you to arrange a new visit. Thank you. Domex Customer Care Team

Job reference: 23110898 Date: 9/3/23 The engineer 'Vlady' who came today to repair my fridge/ freezer was very efficient he was also very informative he showed me what was wrong and what he was going to do to it . He was very polite, fast, and clean with his work. He deserves a full five star review.

My beko washing machine is not working from the past 15 days. The engineer came on 7th Feb, he told me that he has to come again with the spare parts, "if the company has that spare part then he can come in 1 or 2 working days and if it's not available then I will take 3 to 5 working days BUT till date, this is the 15th day and I haven't seen anyone and didn't get the proper information about it. Every Time I have to call the customer care again to just get the answer like " I don't know how much time it will take ". I don't like the service at all.

I had an issue with our Domex dishwasher and engineer appointment was made; they called very apologetically to say that Diego has been unavoidable detained and that the earliest they could reschedule was... the following day! Diego arrived well within the appointment window, presented his ID, asked if he should remove his shoes and made friends with the dog. He explained the issue, what he'd done about it and that if there was any further problem, he'd come back and sort it. He was prompt, courteous, friendly & professional and there was no charge as the machine was still under warranty - this reflects very well on both Diego & Domex and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
