“We had to wait 8 days but he found the problem, mended it and was very knowledgeable and polite. The installation had not been done correctly, it was only 10 days old!!”

“I had a broken washing machine. The response time was really quick - same day this time. The engineer was polite. He fixed the machine quickly and left the place had been working neat and tidy.”

“The ice maker in our Samsung Fridge-Freezer stopped working three times. It is 2 years old and covered by Samsung's free 5-year extended warranty. On the first occasion about 3 months ago Samsung advised how to press the blue test button to restart the ice maker. It worked again for two months. When it stopped again we were able to restart it and it worked again for another month. Then last week it stopped completely and we were unable to get it working again. We phoned Samsung on Friday afternoon and they immediately referred me to Domex who arranged for an Engineer to visit on Monday 0800-1200, On Monday morning 08.30 the Engineer arrived, and within half an hour had found and repaired the fault - a loose connection inside the ice maker. Thanks to the excellent service from Samsung and Domex we are able to enjoy our ice maker once again!”

“I was referred by the manufacturer for a repair to the washing machine. Domex was able to bring my appointment forward. Evgeni, the engineer, arrived on time. He addressed the problem quickly, checked that everything was in working order, and gave additional sound advice. He was polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use Domex again, or recommend them to friends.”
