“My fab' 12 year old Rangemaster 110 now has a new fan and been serviced. Cant thank your engineer Daniel enough. Very polite and competent engineer. Indeed, got my fan oven going for the first time in 5 years! Will definitely use Domex again. Thanks. Respect. (Job ref' 19210177)”

“Very speedy reply, engineer attended within an hour of my request. Helpful and informative. Problem was identified and with spares carried in the van fix completed within an hour of arrival. All in all very efficient.”

“I phoned Tuesday and got a phone call from your company Wednesday. I got a choice of an appointment today or Saturday and chose today. Kosta phoned half an hour before he arrived, he got straight onto sorting my cooker and within about 20 minutes he’d sorted what the problem was and fixed it. He was very polite and very efficient. Thank you for a great, worry free service from initial phone call to finish”

“I was contacted prior to the appointment to ensure it was a good time - I was offered an alternative appointment. My engineer Dan contacted me before he arrived so I knew when he was coming. Dan was polite, friendly and super efficient. He assessed the washing machine problem with ease, he explained what the problem was to me and he fixed it straight away. My machine now has no leaks and is working perfectly. Dan was brilliant. Thank you.”

“AWUL COMPANY AND STAFF. Avoid costs. Insurance domestic and general sent Domex to fix leaking machine. Engineer had difficulty with machine, ended up tearing my flooring in several places. Full of black scratched that I can't get out. Took GRAHAM ROSS (seems to be the only manager there) 0ver 6 months to reply to my complaint, only to tell me a load of rubbish and refuse liability. NOw looking to take this matter further.”
