The service from Domex is really good, they contact you and keep you informed that an engineer is on its way. The engineer Mike, was rally polite, courteous and clean. We asked if he could cover his shoes and he did, respecting my home values.

My engineer Paul( job number (17442839) on 2/11/2017 was very professional. I was very pleased with my hot point Fridge service repair. Excellent communication. Engineer arrived on time and called an hour or so before arrival time to let me know he was on his way. Demonstrated excellent product knowledge. Polite and well mannered brilliant customer service. Satisfied customer.

Very pleased with washing machine service. Excellent communication. Engineer arrived promptly, called first to give arrival time. Very polite and respectful of my home. Obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. As fault was only a limescaled water seal on filter, he charged only the basic diagnostic fee, although he carefully and professionally checked the whole machine. Would use Domex again, if needed, and would recommend highly.

Domex understand and demonstrate the true meaning of Total Quality in their approach to customer satisfaction. They are courteous, reliable and professional. They do what they say they will do. How rare. How excellent.

Dear Mr Andrews, Thank you for your kind comments, which are extra special as they come from an experienced professional albeit retired one. To deliver exceptional service once or twice by just one person is easy but to consistently do that to over 70'000 customers each year by large team of people...it's "tiny bit" harder. :) Thanks again and I hope your Hotpoint washer looks sleek with it's new "rubber band" LoL Domex

Worst ever customer service. My cooker broke on the 28th of August (my fault) and I am still waiting for them to repair. I have to call myself asking for updates and they come back with lies such as I wasn't willing to pay the engineer that is why they cancel my request (I never said that!). It has been 2 month now and I still can't use my cooker (I need to cook for my baby!). Very very bad service

Dear Isabel, Thank you for your review and as per our discussion, we have been let down by the manufacturer 3 times. The oven door kept on arriving like a "bag of salt" and as it's not a functional item it takes this bit longer each time to arrive. Of course this is no excuse, it's just frustrating that we are dependent on the manufacturer of your cooker and have no other choice but to work with them. We are sorry that this has cause you and your young family inconvenience and we truly hope to have you back as customer in future! Domex

Outstanding service! I called at 9.15am this morning and an engineer was at my house at 9.50am. He was thorough, assessed the problem had the appropriate part and repaired my fridge there and then. He was neat and tidy extremely polite I cannot praise him highly enough. So refreshing to have good customer experience. Well done to you all. Highly recommend.
