“I really did get a great deal on my machine especially with this cost of living every penny that you can save here and there makes sure a huge difference when you have a big family. Delivery was on point. Very happy customer definitely recommend.”

“Extremely skilled engineer (Nas) who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of appliances (has mended washing machines and fridge/freezer for me over many years before this oven) and was able to quickly discover what is wrong and how to put it right at a fair price so machine can keep working. Brilliant guy.”

“My washing machine died & we were in a desperate situation! The engineer who came to repair it was absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate to have him back for any future repairs. Really pleased with the engineer that was allocated, he was so knowledgeable and efficient.”

“They tried to charge £80 call out and £70 diagnostics- to change a cooker good lightbulb. Total rip off.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. I can see that you requested a quotation for a repair as you had a bulb that was stuck. Our charges - diagnostic and labour are explained at the time of the booking - the diagnostic is always payable as we diagnose an appliance and our engineer will perform a safety electric test on your appliance. I can see following the quotation given you decided not to proceed with an engineers visit. “I tried unsuccessfully to find a local engineer to repair my Samsung Fridge freezer I then remembered I had used DOMEX several years beforehand and fortunately kept the number they were also able to repair our Neff Oven on same visit with the same very friendly engineer… Fantastic all around service from start to finish keeping me up to date through to arrival with tracking & phone call DOMEX truly is company you can rely on for all your large appliance repairs I can honestly say surpassing my expectations …”

“We had an electronics issue with our Miele washing machine.Domex engineers were very professional and polite,as well as customer service kept us updated from the first call until the needed detail arrived and was replaced.Everything was done under Miele Warranty.Huge thanks to everyone involved!”

“Engineer turned up on time. Located the problem with the washing machine quickly. Had to strip top, back and front to get to the problem. Explained what he was doing as he progressed. Problem with impeller on pump. Replaced. Cleaned up as he went along. Top marks. Well done.”
