Two of my cooker's elements were broken and Domex was able to fix it on the spot, doing an excellent job at a reasonable price. The technician was extremely polite and helpful and clearly knew what he was doing.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Domex - they were incredibly efficient and capable and their manner from the phone reps right through to the Engineers was extremely warm and helpful. Excellent.

We rent our property and our Smeg cooker is old but we loved it and don't want to replace it. When there was a fault, we had British Gas Homecare check it out and they informed our tenants that the part was not longer available. I did some research (asked Google) and found Domex. Over the phone, I organised an appointment, an engineer went round and replaced the broken part. Job done!! So grateful that I do not have to replace my beloved oven/cooker! The whole process from start to finish was easy and everyone I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful!! Highly recommended!

I had a problem with our Samsung washer/dryer. Samsung organised the call out via Domex. The service was excellent. The serviceman was very polite, explained what the problem was and even how the machines works!! He was here less than an hour in total even though the problem was quite technical. Problem solved! Great service!

This was a problem with a Smeg oven. The customer service person when I first called was very pleasant. There were no available appointments for a few days, which was understandable, but it was disappointing that the appointment was cancelled the day before - and there was nothing available for another full week. However, apart from that, everything was very good. The time slot (12-4) was reasonable and, as arranged, the engineer called half an hour before arrival. He was polite and, more important, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part required in his van. So, all in all I would recommend the service.

I have used this company to fix my 21 year old gas cooker. They no longer make this type of cooker, and I am rather fond of it! However it eventually developed a fault, and through googling the name of the oven, I discovered Domex were the relevant engineers. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their customer service was very good, end of a very high standard. The engineer who was sent was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to find a spare part for my ancient cooker, and then came back in a timely fashion and fitted it perfectly. Not only this but the engineer also found that our gas meter outside had developed a leak, so we are more than impressed with them . Can't recommend them highly enough.

What a fantastic result! I called only yesterday with a broken fridge freezer- the man was very polite and helpful in booking an engineer to come out to me today. The engineer had the right parts and also called me as I was not present to update me the cost of repair etc. Highly recommend and fridge now fixed.

I had never heard of Domex before, so was weary when I contacted them. I was pleasantly surprised by their lovely customer service, and even more so by how quickly I was able to book an appointment and the date given. When the engineer arrived he was so polite and nice. He immediately got to work on my oven, and in a few minutes identified the problem and had it fixed within twenty minutes. Throughout the whole process he clearly explained what he was doing and was so careful when handling the oven. I am truly over the moon with this experience and will, if I have to, be using Domex again. Thank you kind engineer!!!

I had an appointment booked on a day that suited me (on the Friday of the same week) and was told to expect an engineer between 7am - 1pm. I felt this was a reasonable time window as it left half the day free. Domex also have a company policy where they call you about half-an-hour before the engineer arrives so that you're kept informed. I really appreciated this. The engineer arrived at about half-past ten on the day, and must have had the back open and was working on the washing machine in under a minute. It was fixed in only 15 minutes! Something that I was sure was a major mechanical fault, turned out to be a circuit board which the engineer just replaced on the spot. I received a concise explanation and a service note. Our household was left with a newly rediscovered ability to wash high volumes of clothing, just as the weekly queue was about to begin! The website is also easy to use for getting relevant updates and contacting Domex. The only negative was that the web addresses on the service note were all broken links. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend.

We try our best to narrow the time slot to 3 hours but that easily could backfire especially in unpredictable circumstances which London offers daily. Great customer service dept, excellent engineer, dryer fault fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would call them out again for any other appliance issues. Highly recommended.

My Samsung Fridge Freezers display was not showing the correct reading so called Domex as under guarantee from Samsung. Was surprised that an engineer was arranged within three days. The engineer, called Marius, was extremely polite and well mannered. He told me exactly what he was doing to my fridge/freezer. It was fixed within half an hour. He phoned also to let me know he would be at my house within 10 minutes, which was great as it gave me enough time to empty my fridge without the food going off. Highly recommend Domex again.

Job number 15380364 CAlled to mend an old SMEG cooker. My guy arrived within the specified time, took great care to ensure that, when moving the v heavy cooker out of its place, our wooden floor was not damaged. He identified and fixed not only the main problem but also the irritating little isuues I have been living with for literally years (broken lamps, intermittent ignition of the gas rings). He was courteous, efficient and highly competent. He had the spares in his van. And the price was really good (call out plus parts £120 ish). Thank you Domus - definitely recommend

I am extremely satisfied with the service from Domex. The engineer certainly knew his business and more about some queries I had about the machine than anything I'd got when engaging with the manufacturer. He called me about 20 minutes before his arrival and when he came to the door, he immediately showed me his ID card. After reviewing my perceived problem he then checked the machine, recognised what I was expressing concern about, reassured me that all was well and was on his way without any fuss whatever. As a field engineer, advisor and problem solver, I could not have wished for better.

Job 15380483 (21/9/150 The Beko engineer called me 30 minutes before he arrived to give me time to prepare. He arrived on the dot and politely introduced himself as Nikcolay the engineer who was here to repair the washing machine. He was extremely polite and courteous. Very conscious about any potential leaks from my washing machine on my floor and took great care to minimise any spillage as he worked. He not only was able to diagnose the fault within minutes but actually showed me the most useful way to help myself if similar issues re-occured. We are very happy with the service.
