31/01/20 my Tumble dryer was repaired by a very nice engineer Alex ....he was very polite and caring, he telephoned to inform me of his arrival time, showed ID as soon as he arrived, immediately put protective overshoes on and completed the work in no time at all .He explained what the problem was and I am a very happy customer.5 stars !!

Name of engineer was Sid. Called 15min before his arrival and was on time. Very polite asked if he needs to put shoes covers. Explain everything about the freezer problem. And ordered parts promptly. Thanx Sid and Domex company.

The engineer, Will, managed to resolve an intermittent fault with our dishwasher quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing and gave recommendations to reduce the likelihood of the same fault (with the dishwasher light) from recurring.

Excellent communication pre-vist, engineer arrived when he said he would, could not have been more willing. Knew exactly what to do, problem fixed, site left tidy. Excellent.

Great service. We had an electrical problem with our oven. I called and the same day an engineer (Nas) came out. He identified the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was very efficient and professional. If only everything was so straightforward! I can definitely recommend them.

Had engineer Paul. Rang to let me know he would be with me in 15mins which he was he put show covers on his shoes before he came in very pleasant

Great washing machine repair service. Promptly booked in by the Customer Services team to accommodate my schedule. My call-out Engineer Boris was polite, friendly, helpful and tidy. He identified the problem quickly and then took the time to explain to me what had caused it and how to mitigate it in the future. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a Beko dishwasher from John Lewis just under a year ago. It has been repaired twice by Domex. On the third breakdown a rude engineer from Domex attended and just undid some screws and screwed them back in again. Did not fix the dishwasher and refused to speak to me saying someone from Domex would call. No-one called. I called them. They were supposed to call me back but no-one did. Still waiting for repair or new dishwasher. Domex should be avoided at all costs.

Dear Vanessa, Thank you for your review. We are equally frustrated with the fact that the same part (component) fails 3 times in one year and all we can do is following the instructions of John Lewis. 😞 You found our engineer rude and we'd like to assure you that this was not intentional. The fact is that you didn't like it and we'd like to apologise for making you feel this way. We have raised this with that particular engineer and additional training will be provided. Lastly, while you posted this review we were still in limbo made by JL and Beko having to decide what they wanted us to do. This resulted in delay and consequently in your dissatisfaction. Sadly, it difficult to make some of these company act and operate in quick manner and I guess we ought to be more pro-active and not rely on other companies. Kind Regards, Graham R. Our ceiling mounted cooker hood decided to make strange grinding noises. Domex engineers diagnosed and fixed the problem without fuss despite the tricky access to the appliance. The service was excellent, the price reasonable and the engineer who fitted the new part was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Engineer replaced filter adaptor on samsung fridge to take the new type of filter; I tried to change the filter now but still doesn't work. The fridge is now out of warranty and I asked them to check it out under their advertised 1 YEAR GUARANTEE ON ALL PARTS & LABOUR, but they refused to attend without charge as it was Samsung who paid originally and not me.

Dishwasher leaking from the bottom of the door, phoned the service centre who sent an engineer the next day. My dishwasher was fixed by a very nice man called Victor who told us exactly what was wrong, fitted a new part, job done!! He also on arrival showed his ID and even wore protective shoe covers, most impressed by him and your service centre.
