Galin was extremely courteous and tried to remove shoes and keep kitchen etc clean while doing job. He was incredibly quick and efficient and very helpful. Was very impressed.

The engineer was very considerate taking care not to make a mess. He spent two hours patiently trying to identify the cause of my dishwasher problem. He then resolved it efficiently and carefully re-installed my integrated machine before leaving. There was no additional charge. Very good value for £84 all in including VAT.

Prompt response from Domex, service visit was organised at a time and date that suited me. the engineer was polite, helpful, repaired the problem plus gave me valuable advice on getting the best out of my SMEG oven. Very pleased.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from the engineer before he arrived to let me know when he would be coming, it made such a change to know what was happening. I'm really happy with the service today. He was really pleasant and very efficient.

Excellent customer service on telephone for a start - keen to find a slot and very clear explanation of approach and charges. Engineer was very prompt, telephoned me 30 mins before arrival which was extremely helpful and unusual and very polite. Got the issue sorted very rapidly, cleaned everything up really well and also taught me how to use my machine properly which as I had inherited it on buying the house was invaluable!

Firstly great customer service on the phone and accurate arrival times which was much appreciated. The service engineer was really great. He called when 20/30 minutes away and was very efficient and professional on arrival. The new parts were ordered and fitted very quickly. A really excellent experience all round. This company is working hard to get everything right. Highly Recommended.

Arranged by Hotpoint to fix faulty tumble dryer. I offered the engineer floor protection, he refused, chipped the floor tiles, refused responsibility and was rude to me as he left. I registered my complaint through Hotpoint and an employee of Domex contacted me, I sent him pictures of the floor and he reviewed my complaint. He then judged the damage to my tiles to be due to imperfections and erosion of the 'natural stone' which was surprising as my tiles are man-made. The company are accepting no responsibility and I'm still waiting for an apology.

Domex referral was from my SMEG oven manufacturer. The problem was quickly diagnosed and sorted. I was kept informed all along the way by Domex from the time the part was ordered until the imminent arrival of the engineer. He was polite, fast and efficient. Very good service thank you.

Engineer visit arranged by Beko for possible warranty issue. Very polite engineer; rang 30 mins prior to arrival to confirm he was on his way; wore overshoes; good job done.

The engineer was courteous and efficient. He knew what he was doing, fixed our problem - and spotted another, which he then fixed on a return visit. He even wore protective slip-on plastic overshoes rather than risk dirtying the floor. Very good service.
