Very happy with the fix to my refrigerator. The engineer Tony, was very efficiently, worked tidily and explained in layman's terms for me the issue with the refrigerator. Would certainly use Domex again.

Firstly we were very disapointed that Domex did not install in our area. This is not Domex problem but our insurance company. We had insurance saying all parts will be fitted by an engineer. Now we had to fit item ourselves. We are about to cancel our insurance. The item arrived in good time, problem was no fitting instructions. I looked up the Beko site & some kind person included his fitting instructions in the feedback. I had the damaged water dispencer out & new one fitted in about 1 minute. Thank you very much for you good service

Kuda and Vas, came to our house to repair our fridge freezer. They were excellent 👏 in every way,helpful,polite, tidy,efficient, competent, and friendly. They made a full complete repair it was a pleasure to have them. Excellent workers ,but I couldn't convince them to have a hot drink or a homemade cinnamon bun ,they just kept working ,well done guys.

Can you search an amazing person to deal with. Amazing smile and he had an amazing attitude toward the work. Replied and courteous to us and always had a smile on his face which made me have a smile on my face. God forbid I have any other issues I want Kenny to come and fix it for me.

Brilliant - will definitely use again. My washing machine stopped working on the weekend. Booked online and got an early morning slot on Monday. Great website - you're sent a link to 'My Repair' - a live page you can keeping updating - and with a very useful message option. Team respond within minutes. Engineer was highly professional, knowledgeable and identified the problem immediately and fixed it.

Booked a fault with my Bloomberg dishwasher direct to Bloomberg - was transferred to Domex - after 30 minutes (much too long) I was given a time slot for two days time - nice and quick these days - the following day I received a call and txt to say there was availability the same day - which I accepted - the technician turned up at 5pm and worked on my machine until it was fixed - lovely guy very professional and polite - highly recommend this service

I have been waiting for my appointment for about 2 weeks only for the engineer to not even attempt to enter the building. The concierge was fully aware of their arrival and they said nobody from Domex arrived. I have asked for photos as proof that the engineer attended. I do not even recognise the buildings in the photo and they have already assigned the engineer somewhere else and had to reschedule me for an even later date. Domex came back in 2 days after rescheduling but they refused to do the job, because they cannot find parking nearby. There are many service companies that come and go in the 40-floor building and they are the only ones who refused to do the job because they cannot find parking.

Dear Bobby, We are sorry that we were not able to attend to the repair yesterday. The engineer who attended said there was no parking available. The photo that he has taken is not of the building that you are in but we have checked on Google street view and it is the street that leads onto your building. He was able to park in order to go to your building and this is why he took that photograph. It is clear that in your area parking is a particular issue so we would need help from you in this case, to provide a permit. We understand that you are speaking to LG about getting an alternative repair agent to attend. Given what we know it is likely that they will have the same problem. honestly... nightmare from the get go - 3 weeks we are waiting for our washing machine to be fixed. After coming to look at the washing machine to ensure they ordered the correct part to fix it - they have proceeded to order the incorrect part twice... so congratulations on all the smarty pants people working there. we haven't been able to do laundry for 3 weeks, and paying to go to the laundromat, which is now an added expense!
