“Engineer Nas, rang 25 minutes before he arrived and carried out the repair on the ignition button of our Rangemaster cooker in about half an hour. Very fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.”

“Engerieer came out and told me nothing wrong with my fridge freezer however the temp dial for fridge always goes back to -2 after a while even though I adjust it. I also have a very loud noise that comes from my fridge at least once a day which I was told was normal however I have to switch off my fridge to stop the noise. As the workers are on a time schedule they can not sit around and wait to witness what I am talking about so I am left with the same issue was a waste of my time.”

“Excellent service, we phoned for a repair to our oven and the engineer arrived the same day to carry out the work. The engineer, Pavel, was very quick and efficient, he had the part that we needed on his van and was able to complete the job straight away. Very pleased.”

“Job ref 17481428, Jack was very efficient, he called 30 mins before the appointment and arrived punctual. The lock of our dishwasher door was broken and it took him a few minutes to fix it and he also run a test if everything else was working. He also gave me advice not to use rinse aid if I use all in one dishwasher tablets as it leaves a residue on the glasses. Very friendly and fast service. Will recommend and use again!”

“I'd been put in a situation where the supplier couldn't help me, a handy man was going to be expensive and may not fix the issue - a old oven door which had come off the hinges which needed to be replaced from the inside of the oven - not an easy job. I stumbled across Domex online and found their website very easy to use. Upon calling them it only got better - they were clear on the information and knew they could fix my oven door. The engineer called 20 minutes before arriving and was able to seamlessly and efficiently replace the door of my oven. The job was too overwhelming for me but the engineer made it look so simple. It probably took longer than anticipated but that didn't change a thing - it was a thorough service and very reasonably priced. Great service, clear and honest communication. If I have any future issues I'll be calling Domex again.”

“Job Reference 17471307 the engineer came on time, had the right part and quickly repaired and tested it. He had also previously done a job for me - both times very happy - would recommend them. Domex were recommended to me by Silver Saints, another very good all round general home repair service.”

“Job ref 17450588 engineer kris, very polite and friendly, explained and showed me, all around my cooker, to make sure I understood, the best from my cooker, some bits I didn’t even realise what it meant. Great service..good time keeping, wish I could request him all the time. Will recommend to friends,and family and hopefully Kris come as standard.”
