We had a washing machine installed incorrectly by a well known retailer, which over a period a time leaked and caused flooding and extensive damage. On the advice of the manufacturer we contacted Domax.we had a visit from Claudiu ,who was really helpful and friendly. He has done a first class job,and is a credit to his company. I have no hesitation in recommending domex.thank you for a job well done .

Extremely efficient, extremely helpful in arranging a mutual time for my limited slot. Polite & courteous phone manner on every call, polite, courteous, quick & pleasant whilst repair done. Have already recommended them to family member & will definitely be renew when contract runs out.

Excellent service today provided by Domex. The service engineer arrived on time, was very professional and polite and completed his work in good time. He was very tidy, even wearing plastic covers on his shoes after walking in the rain outside. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend the service to anyone.

Claudio was very thorough, really good at what he does, and while working he also allowed my two year old grandson to interact with him, really lovely guy.

Really impressed - helpful and understanding customer service on the phone to arrange, and helpful and able (and friendly!) engineer sorted out the issue. A bit of a tricky problem sorted easily and efficiently, and at a good price.

Professional outfit, used by some manufacturers as their repair service I believe. The wait for an appointment was lengthy but they did the repair efficiently once the part that was needed arrived. Their fixed pricing (not including parts) and Repair and Protect plan option mean you can gauge the cost before booking.

Excellent service from beginning to end. So polite on the phone, and very straightforward to deal with and make an appointment. The engineer was so good, he was courteous, polite and would highly recommend. This was such a good company to deal with.

I was referred to Domex by my washing machine manufacturer. On the same day I was contacted by Domex and given an appointment for that afternoon. 15 minutes before his arrival the engineer, Peter, rang to say he would be here in 15 minutes which he was. Peter asked about the problem, made some checks and got my machine working properly again which he demonstrated by using the machine. He then gave me some tips about getting the best out of the machine. He was pleasant, efficient and helpful throughout. Thank you.

I was allocated a 4 hour service slot and the engineer, Kris, rang 30 mins before arrival. As well as swiftly diagnosing the problem, he gave me some good advice on general oven use and function. I would recommend the reliable, reasonably priced and swift service from Domex.

They had a Sat am slot available at short notice. Kris the engineer rang as promised to say he was on his way (on time). On arrival he tested the oven, and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He explained in detail how the fault happened, and what to do about it. He was had very in depth knowledge and was happy to answer all questions in a polite and courteous manner. I shall certainly use Domex and would highly recommend Kris the engineer.

Domex provide a first class professional service. Their communications are excellent. The fee of £40 (incl VAT) for a Diagnostic visit and report seems fair. Likewise the labour charge of £40 (incl VAT) was also reasonable. [Hats off to Liebherr customer service for kindly agreeing to pay for a new thermostat even though the fridge was more that a year over its 2 year guarantee.]
