Kris the engineer was professional, courteous and efficient. He took the time to explain the charges involved before starting. He clearly knew what he was doing and identified the problem very quickly, warning me that some additional parts might be needed although in this case they weren't. He also advised me how the problem had most likely arisen and how I could try to avoid it happening again. Kris checked that the appliance was working correctly before he left. Overall, a very satisfied customer!

Kris the engineer telephoned to advise the time he would arrive and again when he was delayed at a previous job - he apologised on arrival. Kris was friendly, courteous and efficient. He discussed his diagnosis of the fault and told us the cost of repair. He also warned us that additional parts were sometimes required - in this case they weren't. He checked that the appliance was working correctly before he left.

This was the third time I have used Domex to fix or replace parts on my ageing Smeg cooker. After a mix up with my initial appointment (my fault) engineer Daniel called 20mins before his arrival for my new appointment. He managed to repair the fault quickly even though he did not have the correct spare part and gave the cooker a quick service. Very happy with my experience.

Engineer Gabriel came the day after I reported the fault and he was very friendly and polite and he also showed me a few tricks to keep my machine in good working order. First time I have used Domex and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

We have been having problems with our Beko Cooker Hood for approximately 2 months. Purchased in October 2016 and started developing a fault in January 2017. After some back and forth between two companies. An engineer came out by the name of Claudiu, very pleasant chap found the problem and gave my wife some advice.

I found the whole experience in dealing with Domex very easy. The person I spoke to on the phone initially was very informative about the options and was able to arrange a visit very swiftly at a time that was suitable for me. When the engineer turned up he was very polite. He was very knowledgable and quickly found the fault with my machine. He carried the spare part in the van so was able to fix it on the spot. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any one else.

They provided a quick call out for a diagnostic on the fault followed up by a fast parts quote and repair appointment. Happy with the price, quality and speed of the interaction. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

First time I'd used them, following a referral from Smeg, to repair an ageing oven. The booking process was quick and easy, follow up calls to check times, engineer helpful and provided a quick fix for one issue whilst parts ordered for another. Re-visit sorted out v quickly and all problems now fixed. Also got some advice on making the appliance (now 13 years old) last longer. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

Call them to tell them that my smeg hob wasn't working and another engineer told me exactly the issue. Call them and explained but they insisted that they had to inspect themselves and assured me that they carry the majority of spared parts. At the visit the guy who came to check my hob, came to tell me that it wasn't working and I had to changed the part. This cost me £45. I already knew this and now they have called me to quote me that to come back and 1 top of the hob will cost me £150. This company is a ripped off, dont use it. Very unhappy.

Kris arrived on time having rung me. He explained and fixed my Smegg oven v quickly and efficiently and gave me advise for the future life of my appliance. He was v helpful and efficient.
