Was mentioned by my insurance that the schedule repair will be available in eight days, after the request went through Domex immediately called me back reporting an earlier date and Domex re-schedule the repair service for two days . On the same day just after a few hours they called me to ask if it's possible for the technician that just received a last minute cancelation, and he is available within 1 hour. Technician communicated with me arriving in 30 minutes. He came , repaired and left in less than 20 minutes. Thanks to the exceptional service and communication of Domex I got the repair service on the same day of my request! Most efficient, very reliable !

The engineer, Evgeni, arrived within the allocated time slot. He phoned me 30 min in advance to confirm the visit. On arrival he showed me his ID card and put overshoes on. I was really impressed with the time he took to fix my washing machine. Evgeni explained what the fault was and fixed it straight away. He took the broken part away with him to dispose of it safely. 5-star service. Highly recommend!

After waiting a week for a repair I phoned to the company for them to organise an appointment for the repair on Tuesday between 10-14.00. We waited in all this time and then phoned at 14.00. We were told that the part was not given to the engineer and that we would have to reschedule. At no time did anyone from the company ring me to explain. Today again I waited in between 10-14.00 to be told after I rang again, that the repair could not be carried out as the item was damaged. Again no one phoned to explain.

The engineer phoned 20-30 minutes in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He then arrived when expected and within the window we had originally been given. He then very quickly diagnosed the problem with our gas burner rings and explained and showed us the problem as he fixed them. He was very efficient and professional, tidying up as he went along. We would highly recommend on the basis of the engineer who visited us.

Having used Domex to repair a new tumble drier over a year ago I was happy to use their services again to fix the heating element in my fan oven. The service was the same friendly, professional, extremely polite and efficient manner in which the repair was carried out, I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend their services.

We had been having ongoing problems with our electricity tripping randomly. We were told by a friend who had the same situation that their dishwasher was the cause of the problem. Rado came to look and was unable to access the machine on the first visit as our tiling was obstructing it and it could not be moved out. Rado came up with a solution which did not involve smashing our tiles! He had to return and then diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. We have had no trouble at all with our electricity since then. Rado was extremely helpful and courteous throughout and was able to advise me on how to maintain the efficiency of the machine. We were very impressed , and also with the professional manner in which Domex handled our enquiry. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

We were referred by the manufacturer. The service was absolutely excellent. The engineer quickly identified the problem and corrected it. He also gave us some very useful tips to avoid having the same problem in the future. We will certainly use this company in future.

My original review of 1 star resulted in a response which was speedy, comprehensive even if the final result was disappointing (my Liebherr fridge has died). Domex recognised their opportunity to explain to me better the health of my fridge and apologised for their less than swift follow up and offered a refund of the monies I had already paid. I accept their explanation, value their actions and believe the tardiness in response was not in character.

At first i felt the engineer was not listening to what i said was happening, but once he checked the plug and sockets to make sure they were not at he fault, and the dishwasher tripped the electric again, then he did, because he know what the problem was, and sorted it out. I gave him a high score because he did fix the dishwasher, and also told me there was an issue with the sockets that needed to be checked
