“Job reference: 23110898 Date: 9/3/23 The engineer 'Vlady' who came today to repair my fridge/ freezer was very efficient he was also very informative he showed me what was wrong and what he was going to do to it . He was very polite, fast, and clean with his work. He deserves a full five star review.”

“My beko washing machine is not working from the past 15 days. The engineer came on 7th Feb, he told me that he has to come again with the spare parts, "if the company has that spare part then he can come in 1 or 2 working days and if it's not available then I will take 3 to 5 working days BUT till date, this is the 15th day and I haven't seen anyone and didn't get the proper information about it. Every Time I have to call the customer care again to just get the answer like " I don't know how much time it will take ". I don't like the service at all.”

“I had an issue with our Domex dishwasher and engineer appointment was made; they called very apologetically to say that Diego has been unavoidable detained and that the earliest they could reschedule was... the following day! Diego arrived well within the appointment window, presented his ID, asked if he should remove his shoes and made friends with the dog. He explained the issue, what he'd done about it and that if there was any further problem, he'd come back and sort it. He was prompt, courteous, friendly & professional and there was no charge as the machine was still under warranty - this reflects very well on both Diego & Domex and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“My dishwasher was repaired by GIACOMO on 04/2/23 he was very professional , attended on time , showed his Id , covered his shoes , very polite person , found the fault , repaired it very professionally. Worked with care . And very organised. I Highly recommend engineer GIACOMO , he has a best experience!!!”

“I had 2 washing machines serviced and repaired by Joshuah from Domex in December 2022. Booking was easy, the agreed slot was respected. Joshuah was very professional on both occasions and provided a lot of explanation and advice. The service is also reasonably priced, definitely recommended!”

“Sid was delightful. He arrived on time, was ready to listen to the problem and had the parts required to solve the problem with my fridge/freezer. I appreciated not only being sent a picture of the repair man to expect but also his van registration number so I had time to get a parking permit before he arrived. A stress free and successful visit.”

“What a fantastic company! Fully advised of progress of arrival time and identified the problem and resolved it quickly. The engineers were polite putting on over shoe covers to enter the property and dealt with the problem in a professional and expeditious manner. I fully recommend them and it with her oven goes wrong again would have no hesitation in calling them.”

“I contacted Domex on 21/01/23 to book an engineer to come and look at my Belling oven. Tony arrived on 23/01/23 as arranged. He fitted the new element, assessed/checked the safety of the oven, grill and hobs. He also provided further advice so I knew what amp to pick up. Sorted my cooker out at a really reasonable price as well. Very happy. Tony was really professional and friendly to chat with. I’d definitely recommend Domex. I’ll be using them again if I need any of kitchen appliances fixed.”
