“Two DOMEX engineers visited my home to repair my wine fridge. Very thorough review and got it working again. Polite, punctual and professional. Great service.”

“Our engineer Vas was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our fridge in great time and saved the day. When you have an engineer who is as personable as Vas, it makes the experience great. You can teach most people to be an engineer, but you cant teach someone how to be personable. Great asset to Domex.”

“The Domex service technician identified the issues with our oven (very old model) arranged the parts and returned to complete the as scheduled. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend Domex as an outstanding service provider.”

“Job Ref.17260864. (KRIS). Arrived at time he said he would. My oven element had broke and was replaced very quick and efficiently. Engineer Kris was very polite, if need be I would definitely use Domex again and would recommend them to anyone.”

“The guy was friendly and turned up on time. He was very helpful and explained what was wrong. Unfortunately, my fridge/freezer couldn't be repaired in the end, but it was worth doing and not costly.”

“Although totally unhappy with the customer service I received from CURRYS & SAMSUNG regarding my one week old fridge-freezer, once I was referred to DOMEX the situation changed. The engineer,Tobias, was excellent, and after having to wait for parts from SAMSUNG for 5 days, returned and methodically and professionally carried out the repairs. 10 out of 10 for DOMEX & Tobias, 2 out of 10 for CURRYS & SAMSUNG”
