“Great customer service, had an appointment for Tuesday but got squeezed in on Monday which was great and engineer did what he actually needed to do.My washing machine is working again.”

“I left a negative review about a hasty workman who didn't fix our problem. But Domex righted the wrong, sent out a guy the next day who spent 90 minutes working to fix our fridge. He did eventually locate the fault and fix it, he was pleasant and professional and the fridge is now cold. I only wish he'd got it right the first time.”

Your experience, albeit not great, only reiterates the fact that we, at Domex, are NOT perfect and are indeed normal human beings who do make mistakes. We are sorry we didn't get it right first time! We did send our engineer back, free of charge, to get to the bottom of the issue and you are right to wish we got it right first time. Looking after YOU, our customer is what we are about! “Always efficient on the phone and quick to arrange an appointment. I have used them on several occasions and what I like most is that if the appliance can be repaired, it will be repaired and if not they are quick to let you know. This is the first time I have purchased a new appliance through them and from report of the fault in a 9 year old refrigerator from my tenants, through to inspection, order of a replacement and installation, the process took less than five days including a full weekend. The price for both repair and installation was also extremely competitive”

“My tumble dryer stopped working on Saturday night, and I had an important house guest coming to stay on Tuesday, I phoned Domex on Monday morning and the engineer arrived around 3.40pm. He was highly professional and explained the problem in simple language. He had the spares on board and fitted them quickly and efficiently. It seemed like the whole job was completed in less than forty minutes. The price was quite reasonable and I was delighted to have my dryer back in business. I continue to be impressed by Domex.”

“Turned up when they said they would. Rang ahead to confirm. Installed new fridge freezer, and took away old one in an hour. Left no mess whatsoever. Not the very cheapest around, but good value for a quality service.”

“First class service. Domex had an engineer onsite to resolve the issue within a few hours of my reporting a fault with a washing machine. He was highly professional, courteous and most importantly, resolved the problem with no fuss. Highly recommended!”

“The Domex engineer arrived promptly and dealt with a problem we were having with a Smeg cooker hood. Due to the poor standard of the original installation (not done by Domex!) this was far from simple but he called for a reinforcement and between them they managed to solve the problem. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely recommend them in future.”

“Very good customer service experience. The engineer, Dimitor, was outstanding. Arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes and repaired it in half an hour. Polite and professional throughout. After a disastrous 6 week experience with one of Domex competitors, Domex fixed the problem within 48 hours of being contacted. Outstanding service.”
