I have used Domex several times for different appliances and their service is always prompt and competent. My default choice when something breaks down in the house.

Would not trust this company at all, as they are first of all are scammers and they do business, not in a good faith, secondly, when they send their engineers to a people house during COVID-19 they are not wearing any masks, no gloves. Please, people, be careful. The reviews are totally not trustworthy.

Dear Alisia, I have looked into your repair and listened to the phone calls that were made. You had booked through a third party who have a fixed rate with Domex which is £85.00 . Our engineer did the diagnostic and gave you a list of parts needed for the repair. Your appliance is a Premium Brand as as such , parts are expensive. So your decision not to go ahead with the repair is understandable. When making the booking , the charges were explained clearly that it is a fixed rate. Our customer service team are not engineers and are not in a position to give indicative costs. This is the reason why the engineer does the diagnostic .You are in a position to make an informed decision based on fact. In the call yesterday my college offered to reduce the charge. Offering to refund you £40.00 which was refused. In respect to the social distancing. Yes we are asking that when our engineers are on site , that they are left in the room on their own. Social distancing is dependant on both parties. We include this in a message to our customers when the booking is made. We have been following government guidelines throughout the COVID 19 crisis . The engineers have not been required to ware face masks up until the announcement was made yesterday afternoon. Your diagnostic was done on the 04/05/2020 .Our engineers have gloves. This is correct. We are asking that they wear them. In some cases , it may be difficult to work with them. However, if this is the case, then hand sanitising is required before and after the repair.

We booked our freezer repair via Grundig. Domex offered earlier appointment than scheduled which was much appreciated. The engineer called Pavel informed me of his arrival 20 min before. He wore a mask and over shoes and I find it very professional in current times. As our freezer needed a part replacement he organised it all and we had a call from Domex to make 2and appointment within couple of days. Efficient work. Very pleased and can wholeheartedly recommend Domex.

Paul in Marylebone. From start (booking an appointment) to finish (repair completed), the service was faultless. The engineer (Boris) was cheerful and friendly and exuded an air of confidence. He carried out the repair very quickly and without fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Domex and particularly Boris to anyone.

The engineer called Stan turned up on time, I was able to check his arrival time online which was really useful, he wore full PPE & was extremely respectful, polite and curteous. He was very knowledgable! He replaced the heating element on my Beko fan assisted oven in less than an hour & did a full check of the oven to make sure it was back to full working order. I was able to pay via debit card which was really convenient. He even sent me an email receipt. The cost of the repair was reasonably priced & very competitive! What a great company, I would highly recommend Domex to friends & family. Stans' melon print socks definitely raised a smile. 😁

No service at all! Engineer came 5 days after I called and told me it was my job to move my 78kg washing machine out of the fitted slot in the kitchen. "get a plumber to do this and call us back once you've done it, lady" were the exact words... not very helpful..

As you will have noticed, we have not charged you. This is because, if we are not able to access the appliance, as was the case here, we do not charge. The email below does explain in some detail what needs to be done. Kind regards, Graham Hello, Thank you for your feedback. You had a visit by one of our engineers yesterday but unfortunately our engineer was unable to inspect the appliance due to the following problems: 1. Your appliance is not installed in a standard way. The pipes go behind the dishwasher and the cupboard. 2. The Inlet water tap is broken. As a result the engineer can't take the appliance out as he can't disconnect it without causing a flood in your property. While we are happy to repair your appliance, we do not provide plumbing services. I am sorry this did not meet your expectations and we will be happy to come and help you out with your appliance once the plumbing is fixed. Kind Regards, Viktor @ Domex

Victor was amazing and far superior to previous engineers from Bosch/Neff.I will be using Domex in future.Victor was polite, showed ID, wore shoe covers and took great care in my kitchen not to damage anything whilst removing my dishwasher.He went above and beyond and was efficient and polite and caring.Fantastic company !

Professional from the moment I telephoned to book an engineer to fix our Samsung washing machine. Boris arrived promptly on the morning of the appointment. He was efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. Our washing machine was repaired within 45 minutes. We are very happy with the service we received especially during this Covid-19 crisis.

I have just started to use D&G after returning to UK. Very impressed from my first call for assistance. 'Phone staff dealt well with all my calls; appointment made within few days, delay with delivery of needed part explained; when engineer came to repair, he was polite and worked well with current 'distancing' issues. Good all 'round service!

We had excellent, prompt service from Alexis, who came to repair our washer drier. Very friendly and knowledgeable....and he worked brilliantly, and patiently, around the chaos in our kitchen. Thank you! job ref:20100445 4th March 2020.

I reported fault with my electric oven and within 48hrs, Martin (the engineer) was able to come and take a look. He was fix it there and then, the costs seemed very reasonable and the pricing was all explained to me before the visit. Polite and efficient service, I was very happy with my experience.

Alexis is a very polite and professional technician, although he had to visit on 3 occasions (NOT HIS FAULT) he did leave our dishwasher working perfectly, and was calm throughout what must have been a very frustrating repair, I only wish we could have shook his hand by way of thanks, unfortunately because of Covid19 we couldn't, so thanks very much Alexis, much appreciated from Mr & Mrs Kifford
