honestly... nightmare from the get go - 3 weeks we are waiting for our washing machine to be fixed. After coming to look at the washing machine to ensure they ordered the correct part to fix it - they have proceeded to order the incorrect part twice... so congratulations on all the smarty pants people working there. we haven't been able to do laundry for 3 weeks, and paying to go to the laundromat, which is now an added expense!

5* Service from the very skilled engineer. We were really impressed by his professionalism, expertise and speed; he was very polite and insisted on putting some blue plastic covers over his clean boots even though I said it was ok to come in without. Highly recommended! 😃

I was very impressed with the engineer, who was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The price for fixing the appliance was very good value, so it was really worth it to repair. This is the first time I am using Domex and so happy they were recommended by my local hardware store. I am planning to keep using them moving forward. I am very impressed on the service, price the engineer and the customer service.

Good experience. Our engineer, Gancho, was extremely helpful, clear and attentive. He viewed the appliance, explained the issue, ordered the parts and came back a few days later to fix - no issues at all. Very easy process thanks to him. Would recommend.

Excellent clear instruction via txt pre visit. Call out time was reasonable. Engineer was highly skilled, found & fixed the problem efficiently. Good Customer Service skills, respected our property - gave helpful advice and was happy to answer my questions. Excellent Servive thanks.

I will recommend Domex to my friends and family when they have issues with their appliances. My fridge was not cold enough. Domex sorted it within the hour!

Would not recommend this company at all. I'm not sure why Beko use them as a repair company either. I bought a washing machine that didn't wash the clothes from the get go. The first engineer claimed that yes the machine was faulty and that I'd get an uplift number. Called up to replace my machine and get the uplift number. Nope, he put down there was nothing wrong with my machine so I had to log a complaint with Currys. The next guy from Domex walked through my door and it was pretty clear he was going to back his colleague. He said one hair clip and a tiny plastic in the filter was causing the issue and it would have happened on the first wash. That these items were very stuck in the filter and couldn't move with the water flow. When it was put to him that there was nothing there when the last engineer visited and that can't be the issue he started stammering and lying and changing his words to cover himself. They employ a bunch of people who are not trust worthy and he wanted money off me. Truly disgusted with this company. So much so I would never allow their engineers through my door again. Now I'm stuck with a machine that doesn't work. Because this company wanted to make a quick buck off other companies customers.
