Great service from Domex fixing my fridge: very efficient, prompt, helpful and reasonably priced. Giacomo was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous, great at letting me know what time he was arriving, explaining the problem and the solution, and leaving my kitchen absolutely immaculate. Very highly recommend.

Fast, efficient, friendly and practical service repair. Even without all the necessary repair items, Vadim the engineer, was able to undertake an excellent repair. 5 stars!

Extremely reactive and managed to give us an appointment within 3 hours. The engineer Darius was extremely courteous and explained in detail the problem and fix he applied. He also provided some advise on what we could do to ensure similar issues do not reoccur.

My Fridge Freezer has been making a loud annoying noise. The Domex Engineer ( called Vlady), arrived on time and got straight on with fixing the problem. He was very professional and explained what he had done to rectify the issue. Fridge Freezer is now working properly- Job done. Thank you Vlady & Domex.

Giacomo came to fix our wine fridge that wasn't working due to an empty gas tank and some leaky pipes. He provided great service - very professional, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. The fridge works well now and the one year guarantee they provided afterwards is nice to have. Thank you Giacomo for coming to fix our fridge so quickly!

The process is systemically slow. I booked an engineer and paid an extra £10 for a next day appointment stating the model and that a new tumble dryer belt was likely needed. The engineer was polite, competent and orderly, but he didn't have the tumble dryer belt and I would be contacted. The quote for the part took 24 hours to appear - first day wasted. Then you have to pay up front for the remainder and THEN they order the part. The part took another 2 days and only then was I able to book an appointment. The closest appointment was in eight days! I am not at all happy with this!
