“Superb service, inspiring trust and confidence at every point. Very fair charges, which we were advised about in advance. The engineer came at the time booked, was polite, efficient and thorough. He checked our aging dishwasher out very carefully, rectified the fault and gave clear and helpful advice about ongoing care and operation of the machine. Delighted, and will definitely be recommending this service to friends.”

“I needed an Engineer to fix my Freezer as it started to sound like I was standing next to a Jet Engine. What I found most refreshing was how polite, courteous and respectful the Engineer was. Not only did he ask if over shoes were required before entering my House (No other Contractor ever has), but he was extremely tidy and clearly showed me the actual problem, without the usual tactic of hiding behind technical rubbish to justify hugely inflated prices. He was clear in telling me I would receive a quote before I went ahead with ordering and fitting the new parts. I was emailed the exact quote, including VAT, again refreshing and it was a lot lower than I expected and with no nasty surprises once fixed.”

“I had a washing machine man come out to tell me why my washing machine was working but the drum was not spinning. Wow was i amazed at the amount of tests he did in the diagnostic. He told me 3 things needed replacing, not bad for a nearly 10 year old machine, and the office would tell me the cost inc labour in a couple days. It was another diagnostic not going my way, Domex told me 2 days earlier my fridge freezer had a gas leak. In my eyes i had wasted £79 in finding out my machines were gone, but i had not, i had to do them and had been hoping that the diagnostics would have gone in my favour, with a simple fix, so i would not have to buy new machines. A £79 chance i took, which i lost, but it could have gone the other way, i know what i have to do now and the new machines have been ordered, before Domex have come back with the prices of the washing machine parts, i am not throwing any more good money away trying to salvage bad things . Things dd not go how i wanted but i am Impressed with how they work”

“I didn't know who Domex were till last year when I was referred to them by the extended warranty people for my washing machine. The engineer last year was fantastic: polite and efficient and job done quickly. Recently I've used them again for a dishwasher. Same experience: great people on the phones, great engineers. They even phoned as they had a cancellation and an engineer was able to come out almost immediately. A lot of companies could learn a lot from following the Domex way of working: excellent customer satisfaction and service. Thanks!”

“Really excellent service from start to finish. The telephonist was courteous and efficient and I received text confirmation of the appointment almost immediately. The repair visit took place within three days. The engineer phoned half an hour before the visit as promised. He was very polite and considerate, knew his business and carried out the repair with the minimum of fuss. Overall a refreshingly positive experience for the customer. I would definitely use them again.”

“Service was good from initial call to service department to engineer turning up and completing the job. He rang in advance to say he was on the way. He was polite, efficient and informative. Most importantly, he fixed the dishwasher and checked it thoroughly. The whole service has been good - didn't have to wait too long for an appointment which was great. Thank you.”

“the job reference was 16110872 on 11/03/2016. I' am very happy with the services that I received with you. your engineer was quick very professional. He calls me before he reach my house to confirm that he was on the way to coming for the job. and after the job, he explain everything that I have to know. and responded to all my questions. the customers services are very professional as well. the send me a text message to confirm the appointment and call me the day off the appointment if the engineer is can't get out of me on the phone.”

“Until yesterday i had never heard of Domex. My experience in using their services has been superb. The Engineer turned up on time, was very polite and friendly, went to great lengths to explain the problem with the oven and then took great pains to make sure that the repair was successful. Although i have as yet to test the oven properly (cook something) I am confident that it will be o k. I can highly recommend Domex.”

“My freezer started to fail, and after a lot of phone calls and failing to secure a company that could respond within a normal frame of time, apart from charging a lot more than Domex. I was lucky enough to come across this company on line. I'm so glad I did. I emailed late on a Friday night making an appointment, which was confirmed the following morning by email. The engineers arrived on time, were brilliant, and solved the issues very quickly with the minimum amount of fuss. I really can't rate this company highly enough. In this day and age its difficult to get such good customer service at a reasonable cost and within a very fast time. Brilliant, if you need them, use them, you won't be disappointed.”
