Daniel was an professional service engineer. He was punctual and highly accurate in his diagnosis. He assessed fridge and gave good after care advice. Also excellent customer service and communication. from I booked an appointment . I would recommend Domex.!!!

Had engineers out three times in the space of one month to repair our dishwasher. On the second occasion, engineer arrived with the wrong parts and so had to delay fixing the machine. Eventually, the dishwasher was fixed, however in the process the same engineer did not put the machine back in it’s original position, causing damage to the integrated door and the plinth below, which was not fixed properly and now means that it keeps dropping onto our feet! Far from ideal for my live-in 86 year old mother to have to dodge the plinth! Having made numerous calls and addressing the issues at hand, we’re still waiting for a resolution 6 days later!! Very disappointed with such a reputable company

Dear Mrs Masrani, Thank you for your time earlier . In regards top the plinth and the door alignment. We have spoken to the engineer who attended. He said that the dishwasher failed because the decorative door was touching the bottom part of the worktop and the door wasn’t closing properly. The facia was damaged, and the machine leaked and damaged the PCB as well. Our engineer replaced the parts and adjusted the dishwasher (adjusted the dishwasher down) to distance the control panel to the worktop .This slightly misaligned the dishwasher with the kick plate. The fault with the kickplate not fitting would need to be resolved by a kitchen fitter. However . I will be in touch once I have spoken with our team to see if there is temporary solution that we can help with. Kind regards, Graham

The engineer arrived on time, neat, tidy and professional, he showed his ID clearly, came in and got down to business immediately. Was mindful of social distancing, but not anal about it and wore a mask at all times. Very quickly pointed out teh problem to me, and even though the appliance could not be saved, I considered it worth the very reasonable flat fee of £49 which enabled me to know for certain that I needed a new fridge/freezer. Payment was super easy and from start to finish the service was seamless, including my contact with the office. Excellent company that I have used and recommended many times.

Had the engineer round to have a look at my fridge freezer hole in the side wall of the freezer told that’s fine just cosmetic but when I asked then why the freezer is I ring up and my food is defrosted when it is a frost free freezer got aggressive with his voice refusing to give a full test on appliance got up and left and did not ware ppe thanks m8 Please do not send me an engineer again with out id as I don’t think he was one maybe doing his mate a faver today

The engineer turned up at the beginning of my time slot, inspected my washing machine and explained there was nothing to fix. The issue was an unusual load in the machine. Super efficient, helpful and excellent value service, machine is working well.

I cannot rate this Company highly enough. My daughter lives in a second floor London flat within the congestion zone and her 10 year old integrated fridge/freezer stopped working. I drove the one hour journey with a replacement thermostat but it was the wrong part. My attempts were not only unsuccessful but I broke the machine completely! I found the excellent Domex website on line and saw that they had fridge /freezers at competitive prices and also offered a delivery/fitting/disposal service at a reasonable cost which would save me having to try to fit it myself. Having recently experienced difficulty refitting the door on to a replacement, but different brand, integrated washing machine at home, I was concerned about buying a compatible fridge/freezer for my daughter in case the doors did not fit. I need not have worried as the extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional technical rep I spoke to knew exactly which replacement appliance would fit and offered one at an extremely competitive price, fully fitted. The new appliance was delivered to my daughter this week, well within the time window given, and fitted extremely professionally by the two installers without fuss and very quickly. Both myself and my daughter were extremely impressed with this Company, from their website, talking to the technical rep and the delivery/installation team and completely exceeded our expectations. We will have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to family and friends.

I booked the job online but was able to speak to a customer care operative to clarify everything if needed. Both the booking and the phone call to customer care was quick and efficient. The charges were clearly stated and very reasonable allowing only for a diagnostic visit by the engineer who would then advise if any parts were needed and at what cost or the machine could be repaired without new parts. The charge for carrying out any repairs was very reasonable and is clearly shown when booking a job. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable he also arrived at within time specified at booking. The engineer carried out a diagnostic carefully and without fuss and advised me immediately to effect the necessary repair. This was done quickly and the payment was taken by an app on the engineer’s phone and a receipt provided immediately.

After ringing many places Domex were the only company to say they could come out and fix my gas oven. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and managed to book an engineer for the next day. He was prompt, polite and professional. He fixed the oven within an hour. The price was very reasonable.
