“Excellent customer service on the phone. Quick booking. Engineer turned up on time. Very polite, friendly engineer who was quick to diagnose the problem and had the part with him so my fridge got fixed there and then which was fantastic. Overall a really great experience with Domex and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends.”

“Very efficient all round. Engineer Tony arrived on time and was extremely efficient. After the repair was made he did an earth test and found the appliance was not within the limits....so he made some adjustments, retested and corrected the fault. Would definitely recommend Domex.”

“Vladimir rang half before he arrived found the fault very quickly took a photo of the fault and showed me what had happened he fixed the machine and showed me tips to assist in future, thanks for assistance.”
